The co-operation is based on an existing agreement, and the duration of the renewed agreement is three years with extension until further notice. In addition to the recurring revenue, the contract includes service options to be agreed upon later.

“The chosen solution represents a comprehensive tool which allows the authorities to get a complete and real-time situation picture of its real estate portfolio. Management and service personnel will be able to increase efficiency and make better decisions,” said Sten-Roger Karlsen.
“With the help of our digital services, we support the Finnish public health care sector with day-to-day efficient real estate and facility management, as well as strategic decision-making. At the same time, we are providing a big picture of the sectors’ real estate related costs and investments. This information helps us all to operate efficiently in healthy, safe and appropriate facilities. We see Ørn Software as a long-term partner in our challenging task of supporting the new counties’ Wellbeing services,” said CEO of the Counties’ Service Centre for Facilities and Real Estate Management, Jukka Latvala.
